Candlewood Suites Conway by IHG

The Hostess was excellent and so delightful!

Place is nice and clean. Check in want great. Over booked or something. Didn’t have any king had to settle for Queen. But still had to pay king price. They were nice about it but not like I had a choice.

The location

Our first room was filthy … sheets and comforters had fresh stains and dog hair all over .. bathroom had black curly hair all over the bathroom floor and still hair in the tub . Then we got moved to our second room and the tv didn’t work so we tried to call down to the front desk and there was no phone at all.. they moved us to a third room and it finally worked .. i definitely don’t care to stay in another room candlewood hotel again .

The bathroom floor was covered in hair. There was a hair in the sheets of one of the beds. The kitchen area was covered with ants. The recliner chair was completely ripped and coming apart. The facility looked old and rundown. Would not recommend.

Room furniture was quite worn out. The fake leather lounge chair had half the plastic finish peeled off. Ames worn, rust on bed base and holes in wall where shower rod was re-attached

The mini kitchenette in my room and the store in the lobby area that has a ton of small food and drink items.

The rooms aren't clean on a daily basis and I've gotta find/go to the staff to get my towels change out. Additionally, I've gotta make my bed daily and take out my own trash. While I'm fully capable person that makes it happen, I expected it to be included in the price when staying at a hotel. Like, isn't that part of the joy when staying in a hotel?

The lounge chair was completely torn up. The floor was very scuffed up And very old. The shower curtain was installed so that it leaned out and caused water to get everywhere which was clearly causing damage. The tub was cracked and taped. In general, the hotel appeared very rundown.
