There are active leaks from the unit above. Very musty smells of mildew. The pool heater doesn't work. And housekeeping did not replace towels two days in a row.

The check-in was fast & friendly. The breakfast was very good. It has variety and higher quality than a lot of other free breakfasts in hotels. Check-outcwas also fast & friendly.

There was an issue with our key card the 2nd day. We noticed maintenance working on readers. The reader on our doors were reset and so we're others. The front desk acted like we were a bother. The room was dated and worn. But, they have started remodeling.We had 2 microwaves because one didn't work. Out fridge was too small to hokd anything! Our phone kept flashing as if we had a message but there were no messages. It was annoying.
