Bathroom needed definate updating. Wallpaper was coming off the walls and the room was small.

Was not told about loud construction before booking or after booking ..it is EXTREMELY LOUD!! Hard to work or rest . Parking was horrible. They had most of the parking blocked off for construction.

"Room was terrible and everything was just destroyed in this place."

Hotel was being renovated and now we know why. Our room was terrible, dirty and felt like we landed at a super 8. If we weren’t so tired from driving all day, we would have moved on. We have always had great stays with HIE. Breakfast has always been great and rooms are nice. We didn’t even stay for breakfast at this one. Tried to crab a coffee before we left and it tasted terrible. If you can keep going down the road, I would.

Location was great, breakfast was good besides the pancake maker needing fixed every other pancake lol it wasn’t bad by any means, I got my moment worth (and some wet socks)

Our bathroom was soaked after one shower. The curtain was in the right place but the floor was still soaked. The whole room was muggy due to no exhaust and we quickly realized no one else should shower, which sucks after being in a car all day. The room smelled very strongly of cologne.
