Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seymour by IHG

First off the hotel is very clean and are stay was good UNTIL breakfast we came down at 9:30 breakfast end at 10:00 and the two women working there were already breaking down everything. So half of the stuff that is supposed to be there for breakfast is gone and the other have was either burnt or very old looking. When we ask if there was more oatmeal, bacon or bread they said they were out, one of the employees who saw there was no bread immediately went under the cabinet and got out bread for toast after I was told they were out. I guess you have to ask the housekeepers for breakfast items instead of the lazy rude woman that get paid to provide breakfast. One of the woman stood in front of the door slapping at stick against her hand like a guard and shut the door at 10 on the nose. My wife and I are business owners and IGH owners and these women would be immediately fired if my reputation was on the line. My wife and I have been staying at IGH for the last 7 days and stopped here on the way home and the staff here were the rudest of them all.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The ladies who were in the lobby checking us in were very nice and friendly and personable. We enjoyed the breakfast... especially the pancake maker. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and up to date. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels for our family of three. We were impressed with the bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap. Definitely recommend this location!
