Elevator on main floor didn’t work unless you had person behind desk to open door from there side … ice machine only worked on 3rd floor

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I took pictures but I don’t see the option to upload them here. I’ll make sure to include them in my Yelp review. We were put on the first floor and it was extremely noisy. The bed was uncomfortable and there was no bedding for the sofa sleeper. If the room (king bed and sofa sleeper) is advertised to sleep up to 4 people and the reservation is for 3 adults, I would expect the bedding to be in the room already. There were only 2 towels, too. I will not be returning.
