Great location! All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and no odd smells that often come with hotels. Breakfast was good and well stocked.

The AC unit was very loud and disruptive. The noise from other rooms was also disruptive. The mandatory “safety” check is a first for me which I don’t like. We have been around the world and I never thought there would be something so intrusive here in the U.S. it’s enough to make me never come back. I don’t like people in my room when not present and I felt as if someone was watching for the rest of my stay. Very unnerving.

Hotel and rooms were clean. Front desk staff was polite and helpful as much as he could be.

Disturbances inside the hotel were unacceptable. Vacuuming outside at door at 11pm, loud noises in the hall until well after 3am, fireworks being set off right outside the window, piping noises that sounded like they were crashing through the roof. Not a restful night at all.
