"So-so stay. Has laundry facilities. "

Hotel was fair for an overnight stay while passing through. Check-in staff was pleasant, but it’s odd to have staff wear logo scrubs- makes it seem like you’re checking into a psych ward. Nice to have laundry facilities, but guests/tenants left clothing in machines. Gym was dirty and bike, tv didn’t work, and there were no cleaning supplies. Hallway carpets were stained & dirty.

Overall stay wasn’t bad. The hallways smell a little bad. I’m guessing it’s because of the all the kitchens in rooms. The separate room gets hot if you don’t leave the door open. I would have rather had the studio if I had known that. Stag was very helpful and very nice. Very pet friendly and has a nice little community people that stay there.

I found the staff to be less than accommodating first of all when after traveling 3 hours with a toy hauler and vehicle at almost midnight, I was told my fiancé was not going to be able to check in before me, 45 minutes to an hour before I was to arrive. The room was paid fir the weekend and I called to let the hotel know that I was running late because of my special needs daughter and to give permission for him to be able to rest for a race in the morning we were in town for and was told “No ma’am, we won’t be able to let him in. We’ll do it right with an I’d when you get here.”

This place was perfect until check out and the general manager was nasty and cussing at us. Never will i stay again
