The breakfast met or exceeded my expectations. Bobby and Ashley were excellent in taking care of my needs.

I felt like the property was clean, but could have been cleaner. The elevator floor was always pretty dirty and I can tell the elevator lobbies and elevator do not get much attention. Quieter air conditioners.

Very Clean

Before mentioning the aspects of my stay that I was unhappy with, I would first like to thank Mikayla and Bobbie for all their attention, kindness, and willingness to help me resolve the inconveniences I experienced during my stay. They both truly did everything possible to assist us, and I really appreciate their efforts. On the first day, the air conditioning in our room broke down. Around midnight, the staff tried their best to figure out the issue and fix it, but unfortunately it could not be repaired at that time. Because of this, we had to move to a different room, but the new room was smaller than the one I had originally booked and paid for. As a result, the three of us ended up sleeping in one queen bed, without a sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable. We were later offered a solution, but it was during a time when we were not at the hotel, since we were really only returning to shower and sleep. I truly appreciate the effort from the staff to help us, but unfortunately this situation significantly affected the comfort of our stay
