Nice hotel. Convenient location. Will stay here again.

Great value for money on accommodation however the restaurants are very expensive. The staff is very good, the hotel is clean eventhough is a very big hotel. The location is a bit of a problem as you need to use taxi anywhere you want to go. The hotel is typical for a conference centre hotel so expect a lot of people.

This is about as good as you get in Dongguan. Near to the bar street. Breakfast buffet good. There are some tree covered hills behind the hotel so lounging by the pool you can get the feeling of being not in sprawling dusty Dongguan.

The Pullman hotel has the best service of all hotels in DongGuan, from rooms, breakfast, cleanliness and service.

A wonderful Hotel! I have stayed in numerous Hotels throughout China including others in Dongguan, but I have to say that no other Hotel has come close to the Pullman Forum. The staff are personable, very helpful with suggestions, recommendations, directions & have great English speaking skills (rare in many parts of Dongguan & China). The room was fantastic! A HUGE King size bed (the biggest I have ever slept in) that was firm, yet comfortable, a bath & separate shower, Bar fridge, Tea/Coffee/Kettle, Mini Bar, Safe, Plenty of storage space, Office desk & chair, Lounge, DVD player & almost 50 TV channels (most Chinese - but enough English to keep you occupied!), Balcony, Great cable internet connection & wireless internet connection throughout the Hotel. There are 2 pools - 1 indoor & 1 outside. Both are spotless & a welcome after a hot day of shopping for bargains. The Athena Spa service was wonderful - We enjoyed a 2 hour Swedish massage each, in a private room with its own private steam room, shower, spa bath, toilet & a TV if you want to spend time relaxing while watching TV! (There is also a couples room with a private sauna, shower, spa bath & toilet ). The Gym had everything that I needed including a separate Table tennis game room. The inside pool also has 3 huge Spas attached that have a Plasma TV that you can watch while relaxing. You can take a leisurely walk to the bigger shopping centres/areas, or catch a Taxi for between 8-15 Yuan (depending on how far you go).

Bad smells from the washroom.

I was in Dongguan on business and tried this hotel because I heard many good things about it from others. Wow, were they right. It is a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are beautiful, new, and clean. The pool is comfortable. The restaurants have great food from the east and west. Highly recommended!
