The receiving area was very interesting with bar and eating and many spaces for visiting but the bar was not open and there was a problem with the elevators. Breakfast is available but not free for guests. Coffee is provided though. The bathrooms are very dated and the tile was bulging and grout old and discolored. Time to upgrade. The hotel is in a nice area and the staff was extremely nice.

"So Bad and Lied To Several Times"

After checking in through the Hilton app went to the desk to get our key. Room 214. When we got to the room we had no electricity. Called down and was told maintenance was working on it and would be up to check. After several hours and many trips back to the front desk found out several rooms on the second floor did not have electricity. Yet he was still checking people in to second floor rooms. Finally realized there was never a maintenance person working on fixing the problem. Now 9:15AM the next morning, still no electricity. This is the second problem in less than 6 months we’ve had with Hilton. They are going down hill fast.

Stayed for one night with family, and it was a very pleasant stay. Clean room, very quiet, friendly staff, and they were willing to accommodate a late checkout request. I am happy the cleaning crew even stuck to the late checkout time, and didn't wake us super early in the morning in mid-sleep (which tends to happen more often than not on late checkouts). There were several food options nearby, and it was a convenient location. Thumbs up, would stay here again in.
