De ligging van het hotel Is fantastisch. Midden in het centrum. Parkeergarage naast de deur.

Het personeel aan de receptie maakt fouten. 3 issues bij 1 nacht verblijf. Ontbijt voor 7 pers geboekt en betaald bij inchecken. Bij ontbijt werd gezegd dat we niet geboekt hadden. Gelukkig had ik het bonnetje. Ander stel checkte uit, moest toeristenbelasting betalen maar had al betaald. Hadden gelukkig het bonnetje. Wij betaalden de parkeergarage in het hotel (€19). Toen we de garage uitreden bleek er niet betaald te zijn en moesten we opnieuw €19 betalen. Help button deed het niet. Achteraf hotel benaderd. Konden het bewijzen via bankafschrift. Zeiden dat we meteen terug hadden moeten komen. Pech voor ons. Slechte service hoor.
