The staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. Good location, restaurants within walking distance, and close to the Historic District.

This hotel is horrible. The only thing saving them is that this is a Hilton property. Rooms are dirty and smelly and the front desk person I think her name is Marlo sucks!!! Very rude and hogs the free bottle waters like she bought them herself. The complimentary coffee that is being served to all guest were in containers that were not cleaned out properly. Come to find out the kitchen lady over the coffee was not cleaning out the coffee pots daily!!!! Thing is the general manager Nick Heyward knows this but does not want to do anything about it. I don’t know how many times I came down during my stay and was standing at the front desk waiting because he was in office or not being attentive to the front desk. Very unprofessional. To have a paying customer wait because of his laziness. The hotel is going to make money because it is a Hilton property and this is Beaufort. But when it comes to comparison to other cities and Hilton properties it does not at all compare.

I would like if a continental breakfast was included like Holiday Inn. and other inland Hotels provides. I typically stay with the Hilton Brands at the resorts since I'm a owner. With that being said on our next visit to see our daughter I will remember to go with another Hotel Brand. Thank you.

Nice clean room, nice hotel recommend

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, staff was professional, friendly, and responsive. The building needs some updating and maintenance to keep the brand standard. We were disappointed the pool was closed for the season.

Stayed for 03 nights with no maid service or restocking. Breakfast was more expensive than McDonalds=sad. Staff very unfriendly and could have cared less about me, shouldn’t they than me when I check out/not me to them, wasn’t I the reason they have a job. How can you list the pool as an amenity and it was closed for the season. You don’t have lifeguards so what difference does it make what season it is, by the was the first week in October is still swimming weather. Walls way to thin, when you hear the person laughing it’s way to thin. I will never ever stay at any Hilton property again. I will happily sleep in my car first. Better service and respect.
