Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Gillette

Beds were not great. Nice and clean facility. Breakfast was average hotel stuff.

I have stayed at this hotel every year the past several years and had good experiences. Platinum member with Marriott. I think I got an upgraded room, but really didnt matter bc this was a solo trip. In the room next to the bed a pack of Nicorette gum w/ the gum removed and the chewed up pieces stuck back under the foil. I wanted to show the front desk but no1 came out to talk to so I left it at the front desk. No internet- at all what so ever, had to buy more data bc I use the free wifi when im on my ipad. wWent to get a coffee in their eating area after check in but the lights were not on, no diet soda in the “pantry” or in the vending machine, NO UBER EATS EVEN THO THEY HAVE A QR CODE at the front desk. When I was checking out, no 1 was at the desk again, I could hear staff chatting behind the wall but no1 came out…disappointed.

Location was great complimentary was very convenient. Rooms were pretty much soundproof.

Bathtubs seemed to be small and slippery - purchased a rubber mat avoid a possible slip and fall as my husband and I are in our mid to late 70’s.

Great place to stay would go back

The woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly! The room was very clean very clean bathroom awesome TV great beds!

No rubber bath mat in tub. Requested a mat but did not get

Its completly understanable to do upgrades or remodel. It should be posted on the property details though. Also they have a small indoor waterpark which is the main reason I chose the property. Again if one of the two slides is out of service it should be posted on the property details. The surface of the shower floor was dangerously slippery.
