"Friendly Staff, Funky Room"

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean upon arrival, but there were a few issues with our stay: 1) Funky-smelling bathroom, likely due to poor drain design. Keeping the fan on continuously helped somewhat, but the smell was still noticeable. 2) The toilet ran continuously unless we toggled the handle. 3) The heater made a loud clicking noise throughout the night. It didn't matter whether it was on or off, and we didn't sleep well on either of the two nights of our stay. We reported the issues to the desk upon checkout. They apologized for the inconvenience and said they would have maintenance look into it. On a positive note, the included breakfast was tasty, and there was a variety each morning (e.g., omelets one day and scrambled eggs on another).

Trevlig personal och bra städning kan inte väga upp den starka lukten av mögel och klor som finns i hela hotellet.

Luktar starkt av mögel och klor i hotellet. Vi fick först ett rum direkt över poolen. Rummet hade också en bubbelpool i sovrummet. Det fullkomligt stank av mögel i rummet. Bubblor i målningen i taket ovanför bubbelpoolen. Efter att vi påtalat detta fick vi ett nytt rum som låg så långt ifrån poolen som möjligt. Även detta rum luktade men mindre än det första. Frukosten var väldigt enkel. Plastbestick

Desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and comfortable. Nice decor throughout the building and cute Halloween decorations.

"Repulsive Smells"

Room smelled of wet towels. Carpeting in hotel dirty. Felt like I had to wear shoes whenever walking. Around the room so as to not touch the carpet. Repulsive. Decent location, but to be avoided at all costs.
