Best place in Valpo to stay.

Not a lot. More healthy cereal maybe. Jug in room be good.

Very attractive and clean hotel.

The property is located on a main thoroughfare with lots of restaurants and shops.

In our room, the shower curtain was too short and therefore could not close all the way, no grab bars in the tub and no slip resistant shower. Also, the toilet seat was broken and kept slipping, my husband fixed it once, but it kept slipping. When you don’t pay attention to the small things, they become bigger things and properties become run down. Finally, make sure the hot breakfast items stay hot.

Clean, everyone was nice, location was close to our venue.

No shower mat, was supposed to ask for one and nowhere did I see or hear that. My granddaughter who is 10 fell really hard in the shower and knocked the wind out of her. I was so concerned about cracked ribs. A shower mat would have prevented this. Showers were soooo slick.

The first thing you notice is the whole building smells of mildew and pool chemicals. I’m not sure which was worse, they were mixed together. Every item of clean clothing in my suitcase, and my suitcase itself, came home with that odor. Our door to our room was either hanging crooked or the lock itself was sticking… not sure which it was but it took both of us ramming the door at the same time to get it open every time we left the room and came back. Not a peaceful/ quiet room, could hear the herd of elephants stomping overhead until at least 2am. Just not worth $150 for a few hours of sleep, I’m sorry.

It was clean, staff were friendly and responded quickly to any request, and a wonderful breakfast.

Breakfast was the typical prepared food as served in most motels. The food was ok but nothing fantastic. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
