Room was in disrepair, water was brown, too expensive for what was offered, and located in a sketchy neighborhood. The room should have been around $80 instead of $200.

"tricky to find but worth the effort"

Hard to get excited about a normal HI stay but the people here made it a memorable experience. Location is a little squirrely but surrounded by dining choices and the free breakfast well exceeded expectations. Very clean and the desk lady, DaMaris Brown is a shining example of what customer service should be. Thx for the effort and making our stay a pleasure

Overall, a wonderful experience! But what made my stay most memorable was being treated like royalty by the Breakfast Host, Rhonda Ledlow. Her radiant smile, friendly disposition and ability to make all customers feel appreciated is something that is often missing in customer service. Undoubtedly, the best breakfast host I've seen in the state of Mississippi!

"Brown water"

Front desk staff polite and professional. Tap water is brown (see photo for hotel explanation). Room is sufficiently clean and well stocked. Free cookies at check-in. 4 pillows per bed which is nice. Room heat is quick, went from 66 to 70 in about 15 minutes.

"Bathroom renovation! "

My stay was amazing with the exception of the bathroom. The bathtub/shower combo is outdated. It makes showering or taking a bath become more of a hassle rather than a pleasure.
