Das Essen, die Lage, die Sauberkeit, die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals........ Alles war wiedermal hervorragend.

In der Bar war die Musik extrem laut. Ich bin manchmal weg gegangen.

"Einfach ein großartiger Aufenthalt – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!"

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ließ in keiner Hinsicht Wünsche offen – von der Sauberkeit über den Komfort bis zur Atmosphäre hat einfach alles gestimmt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter: stets freundlich, aufmerksam und mit echter Herzlichkeit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Aufteilung der Silvesterveranstaltung in eine Variante mit Zuzahlung innerhalb eines All-Inclusive-Hotels war für uns zunächst etwas überraschend. Dennoch möchten wir betonen, dass wir auch ohne die Zuzahlungsoption eine sehr schöne und stimmungsvolle Silvesterfeier erleben durften.

Sehr gute Reaktion der Rezeption auf Beanstandung. Sehr gutes Speisen und Getränkeangebot. Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Wetter! Dafür kann aber keiner was ändern.
