Limited kitchen equipment - 3 glasses, 4 mugs, and an assortment of wine glasses.

I turned up late so I understood why there was a letter left on the reception window telling me my room number and how to get in to our room, but it also said we look forward to meeting you tomorrow, well that’s a liar. Reception is never open. When I did find someone to talk to she was not helpful and stand offish. Just understand these apartments are fully self contained. So much sure if you’re staying for a week to bring your own toilet paper lol. Also don’t rely on the free internet, it’s doesn’t work well and you can only use a certain amount a day. Tv very small and basic, dvd player supplied. It’s really not a 4 star accomodation.

The gardens. Away from the busy part of the resort. Felt homely

No contact with staff. The apartment felt tired needed a number of repairs. - broken lock on toilet door, poor drainage from the bath room sink, poor fitting units. units, shortage of classes and mugs

Great apartment in excellent location with beautiful tropical gardens and pool area.

The property is well located

1. Single bed mattress kept slipping off the base. 2. Sliding door to balcony had no insect screen 3. Sliding door to balcony was very difficult to open/close 4. Mould in the grout and tiles in bathroom

Lacking room amenities on arrival Saturday afternoon, no answer on both phone numbers, broken toilet door handle, broken sliding wardrobe door & kitchen cupboard door, washing machine leaking, dryer rubber disintegrating over the clothes, handbasin blocked . However...room well furnished & comfortable.

The rooms were very old and the musty smell was dreadful! The bathroom had mold and needed a lot of work to get up to scratch. When I stayed a year ago the pool was slightly heated, not this time, too cold to swim in

Mould everywhere on ceiling in lounge, mould smell very very bad throughout unit. dusty light fittings and bedhead, pool floor was not cleaned the entire time we were there, no reception staff available for three days. Fridge seals were mouldy. Hole in wall from bedroom to lounge tv filled hole but speakers were facing bedroom and could not sleep if tv was turned on. The shower was mouldy and with a mouldy hole in the ceiling above the shower. Room #102
