Tired. Dated.

The hotel was overall average for the price and location. It’s away from the craziness, so it’s peaceful and quiet, which we appreciated. The staff were genuinely lovely throughout our stay and we honestly couldn’t fault them at all — everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, it was basic and served its purpose for our stay, but based on our personal experience, we wouldn’t recommend it or return.

The room itself was dated and very basic. The bathroom especially needs improvement — more storage and updated lighting would make a big difference. The air conditioning is also controlled by the front desk, which wasn’t ideal. One thing that really surprised us was the extra charges. The hotel charges €20 per person to use the pool, which honestly felt ridiculous. We found it much better value to go down to the beach instead, where it was €25 for two sunbeds and an umbrella. Parking was also inconvenient and expensive. There is private parking nearby, which is great if you’re leaving every day and returning in the evening. However, the hotel parking itself costs between €20–40 per day, which quickly adds up. We also noticed that car keys were left accessible to anyone day or night, which definitely needs better attention from management. There’s a rooftop bar/restaurant, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families with children. The children’s menu (ages 3–12) was €45 for just two courses, which felt excessive. We preferred going down to the cove where the food was cheaper and the atmosphere felt much more relaxed and less like it was trying too hard to be “luxury.”

Die Zimmer mit Terrasse, der optische äußere Eindruck vom Hotel und die Nähe zum Anleger der Ausflugsboote. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Reinigungpersonal nett und freundlich. Der Herr für die Koffer und das Parken in der Tiefgarage war ebenfalls sehr nett und freundlich.

Das Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis war leider nicht in Ordnung. Ja die Zimmer hatten Meeresblick, aber leider auch den direkten Blick auf den öffentlichen Parkplatz, die öffentliche Toilette und die Bushaltestelle. Man kann im EG unmöglich in Ruhe schlafen. Die Kloobrille war lose, Der Abfluß vom Waschbecken undicht. Der Service war auch nicht in Ordnung. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption hielt sich sehr in Grenzen. Das Fühstück war für 4 Sterne eine echte "Erfahrung". Marmelade und Honig abgepackt. Beim Kaffee, entweder Espresso, oder Nesskaffee. Es war nicht möglich einen ganz normalen Kaffee zu bekommen. Der Fairness halber muss gesagt werden, dass das Hotel wirklich für 4 Sterne gut sein könnte, wenn man das wirklich wollte. Wir hatten von Ankunft bis Abreise das Gefühl: Buchen ja, Bezahlen ja, aber dass dann der Gast auch noch anreist, ist schon eine echte Herrausforderung.
