The location was good. The checking in was good,all the staff we met were friendly and attentive.

Over priced for the size and quality of the room.Tired decor , beds uncomfortable.Breakfast overall range is good , but the English breakfast product are poor, the toaster and coffee machine are insufficient for the volume of residents.

Perfect location and exactly what you need for a short stay!!

El restaurante. Espectacular la presentación y la variedad y calidad de la comida.

El uso del ascensor es caótico. Solo iba uno con el hotel casi lleno. Tardaba muchísimo en llegar. Y a las indicaciones les hace falta unas reformillas para ser un 4 estrellas.

Good location, far away from all the noise but only 10-15 min walk.

We got no sun on the balcony, the food was standad and basically, paid for full board but this wasn't not including any drink at all which was disappointing especially at meal times the spa was not included in full boad only all inclusive which again was disappointing and also was not advertised. Over all disappointing

Food was only warn No natural yogurt at breakfast Not a great choice for dinner but if you like chips you will be ok We ate out most of time

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy within easy walking distance to bars, shops and the beach. There was a vast selection of food with lots of fruit and salads and they catered for all tastes.

There were no cups or glasses in the room, we had to ask at reception and wait. I had no sheets on my bed and had to ask twice. Otherwise, everything was well organised.

Rooms were nice and spacious ,a few amenities given and soap dispensers. Late check out at 12 is good Breakfast was great lots of options It was clean Liked that you couldn’t get to any room areas upstairs without a keycard to activate lift and 24 hour manned reception - felt safe Is a 5/10 min walk to beach depending on your mobility speed There is lots of shops/supermarkets and some bars close by on same street Let us leave bags on arrival in a baggage room as check in is quite late at 4pm and we arrived very early in the morning.

It’s not very central - quite far away from central area of main bars and restaurants in Benidorm and old town is very far away Be careful when booking on booking.com as they take the money in euros so if your paying in other currencies can end up more expensive on exchange rate changes and transaction fees. (Not hotels fault directly but just to be aware) Tv wasn’t great with channel options No tea/coffee making facilities or even proper cups/glasses to have drinks in room (we had to use paper cups that were in the bathroom) would have expected this at a minimum when booking a proper hotel property. Because there was a fridge so you could have your own drinks/food in there. The rooms were a bit dated, our curtain rail was hanging off slightly (didn’t affect use) and a bit of obvious damage from water/condensation over the years in the bathrooms but didn’t affect our stay really as just used as a base and we didn’t use any facilities in the hotel other than the breakfast.
