It’s the only hotel with an indoor heated 25 meter swimming pool in Benidorm

Very dated, everything was a disappointment. Had to pay for parking, pay for the swimming pool. Disappointing cheap breakfast offering in a disappointing dining room.

The hotel met our needs perfectly for a group weekend away. Friendly staff, food was good, and great spot to venture out at night. The hotel is tired in places, but considering the costs it is value for money.

The location and that was it.

How this is rated 4 stars is beyond me, don’t trust the photos. The mould in the bathroom, the broken door, having a kettle with no mugs or tea/coffee, asking for an earlier check in for 12pm which was accepted but still had to wait until 4pm for our room, the hand soap, shower gel and shampoo were all the same colour and the same product, the room smelt like cigarettes, the toilet was temperamental, the staff were only nice to you if you spoke Spanish and you have to pay extra to use the gym which was rusty, the spa which was tiny and the indoor pool. It’s more like 2 star hotel.

The only advantage of this hotel is the tasty food despite the small selection

No help or even a desire to talk from the reception staff and poor English. All inclusive without the possibility of using the gym and swimming pool, a fee of 15 euros per hour. Two tokens for plastic cups for drinking drinks and beer!!!. One bar where no one cleaned up all day. Animators very inactive, e.g. at 9 pm a movie was shown on the big screen for entertainment. Dilapidated room equipment. Waiters in the restaurant without the ability to maintain hygiene rules.

The moment I leave One of good things in this hotel is food , there is no big choice of it but the quality of food is realluy good !!!

-reception staff not helpful at all -service / waitress / waiters not exist This people have no idea what are they doing. Going out from toilet , cleaning the table with dirty wet rag and then taking cutlery’s with bare hands and serving it … to be even worse they are holding forks knifes and spoons on their top , exactly the part You put in your mouth moments later , disgusting 🤮 -In the room You are not able to walk barefoot because it’s so much dirts on it Your feet’s are full of sand dirt and whatever else -Bar in lobby when the weather is bad not exist - Pool I would not call this even pool , some people have bigger bath at home , this is simple joke like all this ruined hotel - at poolbar You need to clean your glasses after you finish , when you come on holidays they are giving You a coin/token per person so You work a bit not only made holidays , why their hire more staff as long customers can work as well 🤡 - this hotel is ruin , plaster on walls going off, doors , beds etc are like seen the 90’ Nobody speak in English by the way
