Galini Sea View

All staff very friendly and helpful. The food was really nice. Bedding and curtains need replacing. Very bad smell from bathroom we stayed in room 4204 but even though some of the faults we had a lovely stay !!

Certainly not 5 star - maximum 3 star +. Most staff not interested in giving good customer service. Bed linen dirty. Spa poorly managed and a joke - electricity not working, building work going on during treatments, I doubt my therapist had any qualifications.

We really enjoyed our stay with you. In fact we enjoyed it so much that we will be booking two weeks with you next September.

A little too expensive in comparison to the hotels around it and for not much more.

We had a short holiday, 5 nights and 6 days. The neigboorhood is very quiet, but some evenings the other guests in the hotel were very loud. That was unpleasant. The hotel is build upon a hill, but they drive you with a minivan to the beach and back. Very relaxing! If you want to walk it's also no problem because they have build a bridge with stairs so it is not that steep and very good to do. Personnaly I would give it a 4-star rating, not 5 stars but afterall our stay was very good.

Havde en rigtig god oplevelse, har absolut intet at klage over. Vi opgraderede dog til All inklusive, da hotellet egner sig urolig godt til formålet, og er bygget op omkring det.

Wouldn't be going back here, not worth the stay. Rooms are not clean and food was mediocre, location is ok but hotel is up on a hill which you have to climb up everyday or wait for the shuttle bus to take you every time. Entertainment was good but the facilities were not and going half board shouldn't be an option if people are going to be treated that horribly.

Excellent hotel with a private beach. situated from the beach and up the mountain with different buildings. The view from our room was breathtaking. The food was fresh and of very good quality specially the local Cretan food. All the areas of the hotel we used were very clean. The hotel personnel was very friendly and answered all of our questions they even let us borrow their cellphone chargers. I will definitely go back to this hotel in the future and recommend it to our family and friends.

just what we wanted for a total relaxing holiday. as described you get a sea view from hotel, the hotel's beach facilities are superb where the "sea view" is even better especially at sunset. there is a choice of swimming pools with excellent loungers.
