the hotel was well located to the offices I had to visit, staff was exceptionally friendly, let me check-in as soon as my room was ready, room was specious, comfortable, breakfast was very good

Hôtel bien situé (rapidement on est dans le centre de Madrid). Le petit déjeuner est bien, il y en a pour tous les gouts (sucré, salé, fruits, chaud, froid...). Le bar est très bien et une prendre une bière sur la terrasse du Bar est encore mieux ! Le personnel est très compétent

Ubicación

Reservé la habitación para mi hija y dos amigas. Al llegar avisaron de que la cisterna del váter no funcionaba, bajaron a recepción a quejarse y les dijeron que lo solucionaban o les cambiaban de habitación. No hicieron ni una cosa ni otra. Tuvieron que estar bajando al baño de abajo del hotel. La persona que les tomó nota cuando terminó su turno, se fue y no les dejó nada solucionado. La habitación sí la cobraron completa, pero el servicio y atención pésimo. Supongo que como vieron a tres chicas jóvenes no les hicieron mucho caso... pero sí habían pagado igual que todos por una habitación en condiciones. No volvería a este hotel ni lo recomiendo, ante cualquier problema no dan solución a un servicio mínimo, por el cual vuelvo a repetir han cobrado al 100%.
