Dostala jsem zdarma upgrade z standardního pokoje na junior suite. Pokoj byl velký, ale mimo areál hotelu, po schodech bez výtahu a cesta tam večer byla strašidelná. Kdybych měla na výběr, asi dám přednost pokoji přímo v hotelu. Ale jinak to bylo fajn. Spíš mě tohle zaskočilo.

Ottima la posizione a pochi km dall'aeroporto di Heraklion (Candia). Hanno anche una piccola piscina da poter utilizzare come relax (10:00 - 18:00). siNel prezzo della camera era inclusa un trattamento in mezza pensione con serata greca in terrazza purtroppo ci è stato detto che la serata era stata annullata (perchè invece di 100 ospiti ce n'erano solo 50) al nostro arrivo. Volendo organizzano anche dei transfer per l'aereoporto. Comodo la vicinanza ad alcune spiagge molto belle.

A parte l'annullamento della serata greca senza preavviso, non c'è altro che non mi sia piaciuto. Il segnale wifi al primo piano era un pò debole.

Die Bushaltestelle für Fahrten in Richtung Heraklion bzw. Malia, Agos Nikolaus liegt genau am Hotel. Auch beide Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso der Ort mit Restaurants, Shopping etc. Das Vierbettzimmer ist sehr geräumig mit einem extra Schlafzimmer. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, besonders Maria hat sich um alles gekümmert. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu unserem Erstaunen war der Cappuchino aus der Maschine wirklich 1a, er schmeckte.

Weder das Waschbecken noch die im Zimmer vorhandene Küchenspüle hatten einen Verschluss, so dass man seine benutzten Gläser im Zimmer unter fließendem Wasser abwaschen musste, so kann man aber kein Wasser sparen. Beim Frühstück wäre eine Abwechselung beim Joghurt/Quark schön.

Very nice, friendly and helpful receptionists and all hotel staff, especially Maria and Maria. Rich breakfast and delicious dinner, buffet-style, I really like the food. Clean and quiet room. Bus stop, bakery and small grocery nearby.

I wouldn't allow smoking on balconies. The neighbor was a heavy smoker and when we ventilated the room, it was full of smoke.

We really enjoyed the food provided at the hotel and the atmosphere. The family running the hotel are extremely friendly and were very accommodating.
