This hotel is unique, convenient, historic, well-priced and with good breakfast. In addition, I commend the staff. I left something rather important in the room. Housekeepers noticed and the receptionist tracked me down at the bus station. Above and beyond as far as I am concerned! Mostar was much nicer in the evening after the many day trippers had departed. I would have been disappointed had I not spent the night.

We stayed a few days here to see Mostar and the surrounding area. The old house was full so we stayed in the rebuilt wing and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's modern to use but looks traditional. Very beautiful nr comfortable. Great bathroom too. The hotel is an easy walk to the old town and restaurants. The National Restaurant around the corner is a fabulous bargain. Gabrielle and the other staff and the owner looked after us and were very helpful when we had to park. The carpark is a block away and they would stop the cars on the upper road so we could get easy access. Nothing was a problem, including tips to enjoy Mostar and ensure you do the house tour to learn how the Musili family lived there. If you want to experience the beauty of old Mostar try to stay here.

We loved this hotel! The room was so charming and the staff was the best. It was a short walk to the historic part of town. We loved coming back in the evening and having a pot of tea prepared by the staff on the terrace. The bathroom was really tiny, but it worked just fine. We would stay there again if we ever return to Mostar.

Cozy hotel situated close to old town. The staff is great and the hotel has a nice history. 9 generations of the same family have owned the hotel. The tour is nice.

This hotel is a must if you're staying in Mostar. The rooms are beautiful and decorated in traditional style. The location is convenient and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it!

This hotel lived up to all the reviews. It was a peaceful oasis after a very hot drive to Mostar, with a warm welcome by a friendly member of staff and a much appreciated cold drink - even one for our driver. The room was clean and had a lovely bathroom and comfortable beds and good air-con (much needed in the 35 degrees heat). We had a tour of the fascinating museum (part of the owner's house) and were given a map and a recommendation for an equally welcoming restaurant near the Old Bridge, which included a free dessert or drink. Breakfast was lovely and there were two peaceful shaded seating areas in the courtyard for guests to enjoy. One of the best places we have ever stayed in!

This is an excellent hotel, which dates from the Ottoman period. It truly feels like you are staying in a museum (which it is). The hospitality of the owners is outstanding. Breakfast was great. Everything was extremely clean. This is probably one of the best and most memorable hotels I have ever stayed at. This place has earned my highest rating.
