Aleenta Hua Hin - Pranburi

露台簷蓬設計十分失敗，下雨時完全不能遮擋雨水。露天沐浴位置外有樹，而樹上竟然有蜂巢。第一天晚上更因為使用酒店的風筒而全房斷電，雖然酒店已馬上派維修師傅來整理，可是再次使用時又再斷電，情況維持三次左右，酒店回覆明天會馬上處理，亦告訴我們今天晚上不能使用，幸好我們與朋友房間相連，迫於無奈下在朋友的房間使用風筒，否則你叫我怎麼辦？可是直至三天後我們退房，酒店完全沒有跟進，亦沒有任何交代，令人相當失望。在我們退房前一天傍晚，酒店員工在我們休息時候擅自進入房間，我們在睡覺沒有回應，並不代表員工可以這樣做，只是一封信不能從門縫攝入嗎？酒店這個行為實在令客人十分不能接受！最後，酒店在電郵表示會為我們同行的朋友預備生日蛋糕，最後告訴我們因為入住時查看護照，發現朋友的生日不是在當天所以需要收費，價錢不是問題，只是我們不明白同一個月份為什麼不能有這樣的服務，還要是酒店主動在電郵說提供蛋糕在先。最令人失望的是退房時酒店職員完全沒有提及斷電這回事，為客人造成如此不便，酒店竟當沒事發生。

プランブリの中でも静かな場所にあるのでホテルをメインで過ごす旅行でもおすすめなホテル。ビーチ沿いのお部屋でしたがビーチは人も居なくて完全なプライベート空間です。目覚めてカーテンを開けると最高の朝が迎えられます。ホテルの中、全てがいちいち可愛いのも女性には嬉しい。おやつの時間？には美味しいドリンクとちょっとしておやつが運ばれてきました。ラグジュアリーホテルにはない心地の良いサービス、スタッフの対応 本当に来て良かったと思えるホテルです。また是非伺いたいです。

Aleenta is a 40mins drive from the main Hua Hin beach. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, away from the crowdedness of central Hua Hin, this would be the perfect place as the beach Aleenta is facing is untouched! We love it! Would suggest you rent a car here as the eating places are at least a 7 to 10mins drive and there is no public transport/ride-hailing here. You can choose to cycle around but it can be quite dark (at night). One thing about Aleenta is that its premises are all not in one area, and so, Aleenta has 2 tuk-tuks minis to ferry guests between the main location, ancillary residing location (aka called Frangipani) and carpark. Had quite a rude shock when we entered the room. Doesn't quite look like the pictures you see online and it is small. Furthermore, the place only provides the basic toiletries i.e. shampoo and conditioner, body lotion. So please bring your own toothbrushes and toothpaste. Nonetheless, the service is great! Staff responds fast and are very polite. Breakfast variety was not extensive but very decent. I would (strongly) encourage guests to bring mosquito repellent.

The resort is beautiful. We love the private beach, the tranquility, the setup of the dining area and the pool. It’s secluded from city life yet you can still get around by calling taxi. Recommend for someone who wants to take a breather.

Dear Mr Bo Johan Wallen Me and my family was staying over 5-7Feb 2019 to spend our CNY holiday with some bad experiences due with the resort arrangement. As we spork before I leave, we here to spend the holiday and been arranged by Facebook message with all black and white writing over a month, not the last minute booking. Couple things with easy 1st. the BBQ priced with fresh lobster and the day before say your kitchen made a mistake with Frozen lobster. ( prices reduced from the bill) with accepted , as I have no other choose in time . 2nd The BBQ suppose arrange at the 3 bedroom villa not the beach outside the 2 bedroom 3rd The menu was arrange and settled over and over by message . Comes up one person meat dinning was missing. And we was waiting more then 1 hr to comes back on table. 4th. The 2 bed room villa say will arranged at the main building next to the reception. End up send it to the other side of the villa 5th The spa has arranged with all 90mins in message recorded and all be only doing 60mins spa. (Your staff were saying only charge for 60mins package. ) reason say that they be fully booked. And ask someone doesn’t understand English Why the staff didn’t follow the booking arrangements? Ain’t we have the first Priority with the booking a month early? But we wanted a 90mins I have make despot and card Guaranteed before

Aber niemals 5* für dieses Hotel! Gute Lage direkt am Meer, aber Zimmer keinen TV, alte Zimmerausstattung , Kein Frühstücksbuffet. Parkplatz nicht direkt beim Hotel
