"Lights went out at the hotel and weโ€™re out for hours so the stairs had to be used because the elevator was out no Wi-Fi"

Location

Our amenities were not working had to use the stairs. Lights went out completely for hours when asked staff for a refund or accommodation. They said there was nothing they could do.

El hotel estรก bastante sucio y la alberca estรก muy fea. No tienen ningรบn servicio que justifique el precio de mรกs de 200 dlls.

La limpieza, las habitaciones, las regaderas estรกn llenas de moho, se escucha todo el ruido de otras habitaciones y de la calle. El personal es amable pero estรก fuera de sus manos mejorar el servicio con el nivel tan bajo de instalaciones y mantenimiento.
