El trato del personal excelente a excepción de un joven, las instalaciones muy limpias y cómodas, ya que nos tocó mal clima pero disfrutamos de la alberca y la habitación.

La atención del personal fue excelente en su mayoría, solamente el joven que estuvo el sábado por la noche no te ponía atención, mi hijo fue a decirle que la máquina de comida que estaba en la lavandería del segundo piso al igual que la lavadora, estaban fallando, ya que no le había dado producto y la lavadora no había exprimido la ropa y no volteó a verlo, ya que estaba viendo videos en el celular y solo le dijo que eso lo checara con la persona encargada de la lavandería, como si nosotros supiéramos quien es la responsable o donde se encontraba, pero el resto del personal excelente atención en todo momento. Igual podrían poner un poco más de variedad en el desayuno, pero la calidad esta bien por el costo.

Some people hopped the fence near the pool or something like that and they tried to start an altercation with me and my family. It was handled without any one being hurt. That's the only issue I had

The night manager Derrick was the best par t of our stay. He was engaging, helpful and full of advice and tips. For instance we did not know where to eat dinner and he was spit on with a variety of recommendations that fit us individually and as a family. Great job Derrick! You Rock!

Front staff is rude condescending and apathetic. I have Parkinsons and MS. The male front clerk staff had me standing waiting for an extensive period and when it was finally my turn to check in he walked away. That left me with the rudest woman in hotel service to date. She lectured me about being late for check in like I was a child. Acted like we weren't going to have a room even though we paid in advance and went on to be rude while keeping me standing there painfully shaking. The hot water didn't work, the room temperature was not manageable, the TV remote did not work. Tried to call the front desk. The phone in the room doesn't work. This should not be listed as Holiday Inn Express as it woefully falls short of the base standard.
