Hotel para relajarse completamente del estrés y muy tranquilo; su personal muy atento y servicial. Con sus propias albercas termales y separado de las otras atracciones del balneario adjunto. Jardines para caminar. Se observa falta de mantenimiento en sus ventanales altos y vitrales. Asi como la herrería. El mobiliario, aunque funcional, ya requiere mantenimiento de barnizado o irlo renovando, para que cumpla con el concepto de la firma de los Hoteles Misión.

"Colchones pesimos"

tengo mas de 20 años asistiendo a esta propiedad, siempre he estado muy agusto solo que desde entonces sigue siendo el mismo mobiliario, la habitacion que me toco (365) los colchones pesimos, demasiado viejos y pues se trataba de descansar no de no poder dormir.... ademas de que me han tocado ya un par de veces cucarachas en la habitacion, y por el precio creo que Hoteles Mision deberia hacer un poco mas.....

Realmente aunque es un buen hotel no cumplen con lo anunciado en la propiedad, anuncian que tiene caja de seguridad y no es así en todas las habitaciones, el servicio del personal es bueno, pero a las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento, la alberca no está lo suficiente caliente para ser agua termal, se ve que pegaron algunos azulejos al fondo de la alberca pero no están bien pegados hay algunos sueltos y otros quebrados con las orillas filosas las cuales son muy peligrosas, mi esposa se cortó la planta del pie y no tienen primeros auxilios y el gerente ni sus luces. Y no se levantó reporte del incidente porque nadie se hiso cargo del reporte.

"Un Hotel con minimo mantenimiento"

Los empleados (a excepcion de los de restaurante) no tienen una cultura de atencion al cliente. Las condiciones de la habitacion como cancel de mosquitero flojo, no dejaba deslizar la puerta, las cortinas quedan cortas para cubrir toda la ventana, espejos de baño con mucho sarro, etc, en general les falta mucho mantenimiento a las instalaciones (los camastros y muebles de alberca muy deteriorados, etc
