Everything about Taj Kumarakom Resort is fabulous and our family had one of our most awesome holiday here. Mr. Vin Pughal, the Duty Manager is a wonderful person and made sure that me and my family were taken care of in the best possible manner.

"A wasted holiday at a high price. The sofa in my room had dirt stains and the table was also dirty."

We had a wonderful stay at this Taj. We extended our stay by a night. The private cottages were very comfortable and the restaurant options great. The property is designed with a lot of green spaces leading up to the lake.

The location at the backwaters overlooking Lake Vembanad was very lovely, and the staff are very helpful and attentive.

The technology and facilities(TV, Intercom, Wi-Fi, electrical outlets) are a little old and need maintenance
