Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, RJ Stadium - Tampa Airport East

Super close to Tampa airport that’s pretty much the only thing I liked the staff was also kind considering the problems that I was seeing. Boda restaurant down the street was good if. good if you want no drama on your way to the airport, I guess.

The hotel is kind of in a weird area had to explain to my smart, clever six-year-old why nude was written all over the signs of buildings on our way there. The pool was fairly clean, but I saw throw up on the pool deck and that was gross. Our room was west facing with no blackout curtain, and the tub wasn’t working to give my kids a bath. The staff were kind enough to switch rooms for us, which was good. The hallway smelled like people smoking them. We were also awoken around midnight to a group of people in the hallway, smoking weed or something and making a bunch of racket. Air conditioner was super loud, which made getting into bed a little tricky. And some of the little details around the room were worn out a janky door lock, shower lever that was backwards, so we thought the hot water didn’t work. the first room smelled funny and so did the hallway. elevators sounded and felt a little sketchy Overall, it seems like a pretty cheap hotel that had been remodeled and was trying to be nice, but I felt that the value wasn’t there. I wouldn’t pay what I paid to stay there again. Considering it’s eight minutes from the airport, It’s one convenience for us. The nude clubs along that road were a turnoff. I probably wouldn’t take my family here again.

When we got there the person at the desk couldn't find my name in the computer, couldn't find our cousin who checked in before us staying in the same room. Very disappointed 😞
