בעת ההגעה קבלת הפנים הייתה פחות נעימה, ועובדת הקבלה לא הפגינה יחס מזמין במיוחד. בקומה של החדרים היה ריח חזק ולא נעים, שנכנס גם לחדר, והבעיה לא נפתרה במלואה למרות שהועברה לצוות הקבלה. בנוסף, רמת הניקיון בחדר לא הייתה מספקת, והמגבות לא הרגישו נקיות או סטריליות. לצערנו, החוויה הכוללת לא עמדה בציפי

Gar nichts

Bettwäsche (Laken nicht sauber), Handtücher zum Teil fleckig, kein schönes Zimmer, laute und riesige alte Klimaanlage, alles roch unangenehm, völlig überteuert für das was es ist. Kein Frühstück. Gott sei Dank für uns nur eine Nacht (Durchreise).

Enjoyed our stay for a wedding in the area. The room was very nice, clean and convenient for our event. Eventho’ there were quite a lot of ppl staying there, it was very quiet all night, except for a train going by in the early a.m. Oh well could be a worse thing!
