Bathroom wasn’t goo

Great overnight stay! We had a 2 Queen suite and it had lots of room. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and location was convenient to interstate.

The property was great

I didn’t like that I paid $205 and when I arrived at 330pm my room was not really. They text me at 630 pm and said my room was ready. I have never had any problem until Friday June 13th

The pool not open and elevator was out

Very nice staff and the price was good. The elevator was out of commission, which they had notified us about multiple times prior to our arrival. The floor of our bathroom was not totally clean (a few small visible hairs). Otherwise, it was just fine for our purposes.

Not able to sit outside in the pool area. Beds were too high. Very difficult for my father and even me. Neither of us slept well, and there was only one sitting chair and it was not comfortable. Worth far less than half of what I paid.

The room size is great. The facility has some upgrades.

No prior knowledge that the elevator was out of order, so hoof it up the stairs with luggage. That is ok if you aren't a senior with a bad back and a husband with a heart condition. If you have less than 20/20 vision, good luck putting makeup on! The full-length mirror that you can get close to has no lighting, so you use the bathroom mirror and aim!! It was noisy because the door for the stairs slams shut.

We wernt told the elevator was broke. They put us on the 3rd floor. Was given a handicapped room when we asked for a regular room
