Staff was very nice

I like that this hotel was located centrally.

The staff particularly casey was extremely rude. The bathroom was very old and dingy. towels had hair and stains in them. There was a fingernail under our sheets. The free breakfast was not good we still ended up leaving and getting breakfast elsewhere. I'm usually satisfied with free hotel breakfasts, this one was not good. All in all check in was extremely difficult with Casey. He was not kind and considering this is a hospitality business, he was the opposite of hospitable.

Cozy, comfortable and clean. Will definitely book again.

Got settled into my room and went to get in to bed only to find that the sheets were still dirty. I went to the front desk and advised them that my sheets were still dirty and that it would be more of an inconvenience to move my room. I asked for a set of fitted sheets. About 40 minutes later the front desk agent arrived in my room to deliver the fitted sheets. I was never asked by management about the issue. Upon checking out I advised the front desk about my issue and I still have not been contacted by Marriott or the Springhill suites property. I will more than likely not revisit that hotel.

Very convenient to both the Downtown square and the Universities. Also, since it is not on a busy street, it's pretty quiet.

Sometimes things have to be replaced if they can’t be properly cleaned and that is definitely the case for my room at this old hotel near UNT. There are substantial stains on the drapes, couch and shower. In addition, there is a large tear in the couch bad enough that I would not sit on it.

It was fine, very basic, no frills, limited breakfast.
