Swissôtel & Spa Sanya Yalong Bay

Отличный чистый отель,уборка и смена белья и полотенец в нашем номере была ежедневной,матрасы и подушки комфортные для сна. Кондиционер работал хорошо.

Мало шезлонгов от отеля на пляже.

Хорошее расположение, на завтраке есть что выбрать европейскому туристу.

В номере не закрывалась целиком зона ванной и туалета т.к не было одной двери вообще. Жили парой поэтому не сильно напрягало. В целом отель давно не свежий, но всё работает.

Расположение отеля приятное, море близко, завтраки отличные, каждый найдет что- то для себя. Местную китайскую еду не всю попробовали, видимо, из-за незнания того, что с чем смешивать). Номера чистые, уборка и смена постели, халатов и полотенец более, чем регулярная. Я бы с радостью ещё вернулась! Спасибо персоналу отеля. 🙂

Great location. Special thanks to Steve at concierge who is a great asset to the hotel. He is really customer oriented employee with English knowledge who helped us a lot at check-out.

We booked Swissotel as we thought it has the same standards as in other countries. On Accor website it is marked as 5 star property. Reality is that this is rather a 3 star hotel. We understand that majority of tourists are domestic or from Russia, but that only one staff member speaks English, was a surprise for us. We booked 2 rooms, one ground floor with swimming pool access - in this room the bathroom had a very strong sewer smell. The other room was a triple signature room for 3 adults. Although the rooms are spacious and one day looked perfect, need to get a facelift ASAP. Buffet breakfast was available between 7 and 11. During this time tables were not cleaned promptly, restaurant often run out of cutlery. Outdoor main swimming pool needs to be renovated as well. Really small number of sunbeds at pool side as well as at the sea. We could never go enough early to find an available sunbed on the seaside during our stay. Carpets on the corridors need an urgent cleaning. In case of a night flight lugguage storage is solved but there is no changing room for guests. You can change at the pool side in the public toilet and shower. You should ask for towels from the reception.
