La signora che ci ha accolto al check in molto gentile. Abbiamo chiesto i gettoni per la lavanderia e dalle 14 alle 17 ancora ci dicevo tra due ore lì avremo. Siamo dovuti uscire a farci cambiare le monete. La seconda ragazza alla reception, non molto sorridente ne propositiva . Le piscine fuori molto sporche l'acqua era verde e quella dell idromassaggio grigia . Ci siamo fermati a teachapi con l'idea di avere un giorno di relax ma così non è stato. Anche la colazione rispetto ad altri holiday inn molto easy e la macchina dei pancake fuori servizio. La ragazza alle colazioni, molto attenta e attiva .

Nelle camere mancavano.gli asciugamani e incopri cassoni nei letti, lenzuola stropicciate.
