"Clean, Comfortable and Friendly Staff"

Myself and a friend were in town for a race down the road at the equestrian center. The hotel parking lot was clean and there were many options for parking. The inside was clean, staff friendly to check in. Room was clean, bathroom stocked. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was GREAT! I was pleasantly surprised. We ended up needing a late check out and the staff were able to accommodate without issue. I will plan to stay again in the future for races in the area.

"Consistent with Holiday Inn Express"

Note: I can’t rate the breakfast, workout room, nor any of the other amenities as I came, stayed the night and left the next morning. It could have been cleaner. Spacious room. Consistent with other Holiday Inn Express rooms. However: the guest next door kept their TV blaring all night, and some folks were sitting in the parking lot watching videos and smoking cigarettes in their car. Odd behavior.

It wasn't very clean. They didn't clean the room after the first night. We called reception and they said they only clean and put coffee on if we ask for it.
