Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Chester by IHG

The breakfast was great, coffee was decent. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating, and really went above and beyond with making sure our needs were met. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and the location of the hotel was very convenient for our visit.

The first night of our stay, we got back to our room late at night, and found that the TV, fridge, and phone were all not working. Additionally, one of the beds appeared not to have had the sheets changed before we arrived; there were long black hairs in the sheets, and a slightly unpleasant odor in that bed. The staff was apologetic when we informed them of everything, and by the time we got back to our room on the afternoon of our second day, the whole room had been cleaned, and all of the appliances were working.

Wir wollten zum Outlet. Dieses lag nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Darum haben wir dieses Hotel gebucht.

Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht richtig. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahn,- dadurch war es in der Nacht sehr laut.

I’d like the people there in the room was good

The telephone was broke and we couldn’t crawl and that kind of was inconvenient because we wanted to wake up call OK
