Emplacement

Le restaurant., la qualité des mets a la carte, le petit déjeuner. Le service n'est pas efficace et la cuisine mériterait de vrais professionnels. Au moment de payer mon repas du soir, j'ai entrevu 2 hommes en cuisine un balai dans une main et le téléphone dans l'autre. J'ai alors compris pourquoi ça m'a pris une heure et demi pour manger une pizza impossible à couper. Pour rappel, les téléphones personnels sont des objets qui n'ont rien à faire en cuisine. Pour des raisons d'hygiène et parce que le personnel reçoit un salaire pour servir le client et non pour surfer. Il y a les pauses pour cela. Le F&B Manager devrait se poser des questions.
