I did not like anything except the man that worked the evening he was not friendly but the nicest person in the whole hotel staff and helped us. When checking out the lady did not even ask about our stay.

We only really booked that hotel for the pool and slide for our children and no where in your website did it state the slide was closed until we checked in there is a sign saying it’s closed then and. You get to the pool there is a sign that stated the slide is closed indefinitely and if you would’ve stated that on your website when we booked, we went to booked it. Our room was by the elevator and all night all morning. You could hear the elevator making that horrible noise from our room. Couldn’t even sleep because I’m a light sleeper your beds are hard. When booking the picture of the king sweet looked really nice the couch huge L shape when we got there it did not look like the picture. Your site states children eat for free either way we included the price of our breakfast when booking The lady who checked us in only gave me our breakfast vouchers for one child for both days so I sent my son with my vouchers to eat with his sister and father. You only have one working elevator and only 4 people can ride at a time we are a family of four. At one pointed we waited over 36 minutes to take the elevator from the 3rd floor to the lobby. That elevator sounds like it’s going to give out. We checked in Friday and checked out Sunday and not once did housekeeping check to see if we needed towels trash bags or toilet paper. There are no dirty close bags in the room or anything to put your suitcase on. There were no sheets blankets nor pillows to make up the sofa bed we had to ask the evening had to get us sheets blankets and one pillow for two children. The second night he got us clean towels trash bags dirty clothes bags and toilet paper. There were stains on the king bed sheets stains in on the floor by the couch stains on the floor by the bed. The kitchen counters were dusty the bathroom counters were dusty there was hair in the tubby, there was change Pennie’s under the king bed night stand. The dress drawers do not stay closed. We could not watch the T.Vs WiFi sucked

We were warmly welcomed by the front desk clerk. Check-in was efficient. We had a very nice dinner served by the equally warm person in the dining room. Checkout was easy. There was plenty of parking. The entrance to the hotel property was made difficult by nearby interstate construction.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable.

The elevator was scary, our rooms were on the top floor and the elevator creaked and popped. They only had one working elevator and it needed to be serviced badly I wouldn't stay here again due to the elevator.
