Location to the freeway to New Orleans. Breakfast was good, and dollar tree is next door. Great restaurants a few miles away.

Elevator was broken and our room was on the second floor. Hall smelled like a skunk was there, purchased odor ban and spray from dollar tree. Towels were so rough. Killed a roach in in the bathroom in the tub.

As s soon as I arrive, the staff tells me that the elevators want working now the pool. The room had a smell that wasn't pleasant at all. I'm doable and had to walk the stairs to the 2nd floor. And the blankets was ripped and one pillowcase had blood on it. I took pics of them also. Im wasn't pleased at all once I seen that. I would of canceled the rooms if there were another place to go. Something should be done about this. For the price I paid, it was a terrible weekend stay. It made me feel even sadder, I came down for a funeral and I had to stay like this. I dnt think your rating on line was true after I seen this place

Nothing really, the location was okay. Close to where the funeral took place.

First off, I reserved a handicap accessible room, and that's what they said they gave me, however, it had a tub in it. All they did was add some grab bars, but I cannot raise legs to get in tub nor do I have the stability to stand in a tub. So no shower for me for 2 days. Badly outdated with huge stain on carpet, base moldings coming loose, rusted door frames, etc. There was only 1 desk chair in the room, my wife had to go get another one so she had a place to sit, She also, had to go get a hair dryer, toilet paper and coffee. Breakfast was lukewarm sausage and scrambled eggs and the coffee was horribly strong. And the topper was when having breakfast there our first morning some panhandler came in begging for change. Did not appreciate this. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property in the past 5 years, but it'll be our last. We looked at other places while in town so we know where to go next year.

Like the location, microwave, refrig.

Bathroom needed upgrading...pillows were hard...need a larger sign to entrance of the hotel cause it was small and hard to see and almost passed up the entry each time.
