"Breakfast Area Needs Attention"

Front desk staff, housekeeping staff were excellent as always.

The person tending the breakfast was not very attentive. She was on her phone and was unaware that breakfast items needed refills. The tables, floors, and counters were dirty, and she just sat at a table, seemingly oblivious to the fact that she was at work and that there was much work to be done. The very nice, attentive, and most professional staff member from previous years of staying at this facility was one of the reasons we returned.
