Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Sehr gute Betten, schönes Frühstück, und ganz tolles freundliches Personal. Im Service, an der Rezeption (sehr hilfsbereit). Gerne wieder

Wir waren zum 4-mal hier. Leider war die Wartezeit zum Zimmerbezug diesmal sehr lange. Wir warteten in einer Sitzecke und ich hatte das Gefühl, das man uns zwischenzeitlich "vergessen" hat. Auf Nachfragen ging es dann sehr zügig.

Die Lage, die Aussicht und die Hotelarchitektur sind außergewöhnlich. Superfreunliches Personal. Große (wenn auch nasse) Tiefgarage. Zimmer und Bad sehr schön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock, der Ausblick war mega. Frühstück super.

Wir konnten die Zufahrt zum Hotel nur schwer finden, da sich dort eine Baustelle befindet. Auch unser Navi war ratlos. Ein Hinweisschild wär ganz praktisch.
