I traveled with a uhaul that was towing my suv. They were very accommodating to my parking needs as well as my 2 small dogs.

Recommend to all who want q nice, clean, comfortable, quiet, cool, and convenient place to stay in Russellville convenient to I-40 and shopping and fast food and some sit-down restaurants. If you insist on really nice, welcoming and helpful staff. all imbued with servant hearts and the desire to help in any way, well, you'll be very happy here. Downtown and local shops and restaurants are near and will make you want to spend more time here. Were there 6 or 7 star ratings instead of topping out at 5, my stay the last two nights gets an 8 for this nice place with nicer people. The breakfast buffet, likely much like others, has a smaller selection than in years gone by when I traveled a lot, but the eggs and ham were fine. My new diet forbade biscuits, but they looked fine. No complaints at all. beds and pillows fine. Didn't really need to have brought my own pillow.

For the price it was fine. What you would expect

I specifically payed for a room with a hot tub and the thing didn’t work and they never told us before I payed.

Property and amenities were fine… could’ve done without the receptionist texting me from his personal phone number to compliment me, though.

Checked in about 9 pm travelong back home from TN, we'd just finished a 9.5 hour drive. I was checked in and carrying our bags in within 10 minutes. Check out was even cleaner. Hot tub & pool were great and clean. Breakfast was delicious, the biscuits and gravy were amazing.

Pet friendly.

Poor lighting around some areas of the outside and some areas were dirty.
