Le personnel de cet etablissement est très accueillant. Les chambres sont bien entretenues. Un petit déjeuné varié avec des plats locaux. Espace d'isolement extérieur assez spacieux.

La maintenance des locaux semble négligée (voir les battants des placards tombées au restaurant, des toiles d'araignée sur le toit extérieur)

Ibis is always a reliable go to hotel when you’re looking for great value. The Ibis in Cotonou, although showing some wear and tear is still great value and it is clean with great service. Because you also have access to the Novotel pool and on site gym facilities you will lack nothing.

Very small room, no room service, limited food options at the hotel restaurant

Breakfast was good to an extent with some varieties somehow, but they were similar, so I ended up eating about the same thing during the entire stay. I preferred regular meals (rice etc.) to the pastry. Although there were sometimes baked potatoes and rice, the protein was mainly sausage, which l do not consume, so l had to eat egg every day. A little more protein options would be good. The location is superb. It exceeded my expectation.

The carpet in the room was stuffy. Only one (1) welcome water is provided with the rate paid. Ibis should do better than that. I take some little food along from home when I travel, to sustain me until l get used to my new environment. Hotel kitchen staff gladly warm food that was not bought from them, but your staff vehemently refused to warm any food since it was not from their hotel.

Old room , very small & expensive

The hotel Ibis is very close to the airport, the ambiance is very good. The staff was supportive. There was no electric cattle in the room, one small refrigerator. Also no locker in the room. The breakfast was good with different variety of juices, fruits, vegetables and cereals along with tea and coffee. Hotel Ibis also offered free airport drop. Also gym facility available starting from 8 AM.
