- Don’t have a king room available- reserved ahead of time (in November) - First Queen room is dirty (308) - [ ] Floor wasn’t cleaned in any regard - [ ] Dirt stains over the box spring covers - [ ] Hairs on the pillows - [ ] Hair in the shower & stains on the walls of the shower - [ ] Toothpaste stains on the mirror - [ ] Poop stains in the toilet - [ ] Microwave wasn’t cleaned - left on someone else’s remaining time to heat up their food - [ ] Coffee machine has stains on it - [ ] Desk has food crumbs - [ ] Old notepad just thrown on the desk - Went downstairs to get a new room & water was literally pouring down from the light fixture and onto the front desk and guests had to be the ones to clean up - Then we got a second room- even dirtier (405) - [ ] Hallway reeked of weed and vomit - [ ] Bathtub was leaking water and was filled up with leaking water - [ ] Floors still had not been cleaned - [ ] Entire bathroom was dirty and used - [ ] Didn’t even bother to check the rest of the room Overall- Awful

The location near groceries and shops like 3 mins away

Housekeeping cleaned our room but ddnt changed beddings and refill correct number of persons despite of a note left with a tip. The front desk charged my creditcard my whole 4 days stay and still has recurring daily charges that needed to dispute
