"Grosse Hotelanlage mit Wellnessbereich"

Gute Lage, ruhige Umgebung. Zimmer mit guten Betten. Italienisches Frühstück mit viel Auswahl und frischen Früchten. Hotel-Restaurant mit grosser Auswahl an leckeren Speisen. Nicht sehr günstig, aber gut. Gratisparkplatz beim Hotel. Zahlreiche Ladesäulen für das Aufladen von e-Autos.

In der Hotelanlage werden z.Zt. Bauarbeiten durchgeführt.

"NO A/C room 77° Fahrenheit"

This room is 77° Fahrenheit at 10pm at night. Heat is coming into the room and there is NO A/C! The receptionist says it is winter on April 27 and to leave the sliding glass door open on a first floor room while I sleep???? Risk a criminal walking right into this ground level room because the door is open, as well as mosquitoes which are plentiful. The hotel is still under construction... ceilings open with wires hanging, construction materials, work crews, heavy equipment being used and very loud starting at 7am!

"Dobra lokacija i potencijal hotela, ali razočaranje zbog dodatnih troškova i zastarje sobe"

Lokacija hotela je mirna i izvan grada, što nam je odgovaralo jer smo tražili opušteniji boravak. Udaljen je oko 10 minuta vožnje od Matere, što je praktično za obilazak. Hotel djeluje uredno i renovirani dijelovi ostavljaju dobar prvi dojam.

Spa sadržaji nisu uključeni u cijenu, iako smo upravo zbog njih odabrali hotel — dodatno se naplaćuju 30 € po osobi, što nije bilo jasno prilikom rezervacije. Također, iako je hotel djelomično renoviran, sobe nisu — namještaj je star, a krevet izrazito neudoban, što značajno utječe na ukupni dojam boravka.
