Struttura moderna e ben tenuta. Gli spazi in comune sono ampi, curati e accoglienti. La cantina a vista è un plus. Un plauso per la SPA: grande e confortevole. Siamo stati benissimo. Ottima la posizione, a pochi minuti dal centro di Matera… con il vantaggio di un parcheggio auto !

Ci è tanto dispiaciuto costatare che la camera non fosse pulita bene. Abbiamo spostato la poltrona con le rotelle per guardare la tv ed è apparso un gomitolo di polvere. La doccia non era pulita come si deve. Colazione insomma. La qualità è da rivedere. In molti casi non ci sono i cartellini che indichino cosa ci sia nel piatto. Il primo giorno ho evitato di bere il latte di soia perché non c’era sul buffet. Il secondo giorno ho chiesto se ci fosse… e dopo un tentennamento, il latte è arrivato. Nel 2026 credo sia elevato il numero degli ospiti che necessiti di latte vegetale.
