Fairfield Inn and Suites Cleveland

Clean. Good price

Noisy. Room not dark enough

Breakfast was better than some of the other hotels we have stayed in. It was convenient to all of our business we had to do. The gentleman that worked the front desk when arrived was very friendly and towt him know of any needs we might have.

Nothing that I can think of

The bed was lumpy. The room looked clean. And smelled nice. There were bobby pins on the floor so maybe they didn't vacuum The coffee maker had decaf only. I accidentally booked the room for the following day. I put in a request to cancel it and payed for the night I stayed. They never responded to the message. And changed me for a second night as well. I was assured by night shift worker she would follow up with her manager the following day. So 140$ is the cost of the room. I was charged 2 times but stayed one day. So not the best experience.

Breakfast was satisfying 😉 everything was available and clean. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and knowledgeable! Fairfield Cleveland has become our hotel of choice in that area ❣️

Breakfast maybe go until 10:30a for those that have had a longgggg night!

The pool was not heated. It was cold. The room's air conditioner didn't work properly and would not go any lower than 69 degrees making it very uncomfortable. Both beds had stains on the very center of the comforters. The shower had empty conditioner and body wash bottles. The wall was not fully repaired under the ac control on the wall. Room 215.

Nothing
