"Perfect hotel in Cleveland, Tennessee"

Was an excellent stay. We stayed there twice in one week and both times they had great service. The people were outstanding. I would recommend this to any of my friends. The room was very clean. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The only thing that was iffy was the air conditioning controls other than that it was great.

Old, beds uncomfortable, not enough sufficient hot water, not room service. Short on toilet paper and had to get our own towels

Beds are not as comfortable as they used to be. I booked thinking it would have Pillow Tops like I’m used to at Fairfield. Not here. Not much water pressure but was hot and felt great. The heat took forever to warm up. That could be due to it being 20 degrees outside. Otherwise… pleased.
